Substructure groups commonly used data together in the form of component libraries. The component libraries are used to store data that do not change often and are to be used repeatedly across projects. The component library types available inSubstructure are:

• Vehicular Loads
• Load Groups/Limit States
• Footing Configuration
• Piles Pattern
• Piles Section Type
• Rebar

The component libraries can be saved as individual files in the dialogs of the component libraries. Those saved component library files can be shared between different project files. Take Vehicular Loads component library for example. Other component libraries work in a similar manner. You can customize the current Vehicular Loads, and save it as USLRFDTruckLib.rcplib. Then you may load the file USLRFDTruckLib.rcplib into the library of a different project file in order to share the contents of customized Vehicular Loads component library.
